Policies

Subject To Change

  • Please allow 24 hours to receive a response to your text/call/email.

  • If you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give a 24 hour notice.

  • If you're running late there is a 15 minute grace period. once that 15 minutes has passed I will no longer be able to take you and your deposit will be forfeited .

  • There is a 3 strike policy. if you are a no call no show you will be let go as a client after 3 times.

  • Please do not bring children to the studio. I love the kids however this can be a distraction and also an unsafe environment for children as I work with sharp tools.

Lash Clients:

  • All new lash clients must arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to complete a waiver as well ask any questions you may have.

  • Lashes must be free of makeup, dirt, and oil prior to appointment. If there is a significant amount of makeup, dirt or oil you will be charged an additional $10 for a lash bath.

  • I love to chat but it is very important to keep chatting at a minimum as it will slow down the already lengthy process. I suggest bringing in earbuds to listen to music or your favorite podcast/audiobook. I do also play music during session but i will lower volume if you choose to listen to your own selection.

  • SHOES- must be removed before laying on the lash bed. I try to maintain a nice sterile environment for all my clients.

  • Please refrain from chewing gum as this will move the eyes and make it harder to lash.
